Per the May 17, 2026 price list: junior 1-bedroom from $745,000; 1 bed from $894,000; 2 beds from $1,204,000; 3 beds from $1,511,500.
It has more than 50,000 sq ft of amenities: a resort-style pool, the owners-only One Twenty Signature Club, a spa with sauna, steam room and plunge pools, a fitness center and a café with juice bar. Only 30% is paid before closing, and the developer is targeting delivery in June 2028.
